Led by Owner Lautaro Fernandez Rua and Managing Partner Karina Rua, our team combines over 5 years of new construction experience and 15 years of real estate expertise. With roots in Argentina, we migrated to SWFL 25 years ago as entrepreneurs. Karina established herself as a well-known real estate agent early on, eventually following her passion for construction. Meanwhile, Lautaro, a Florida State University graduate in Marketing, pursued his dream of becoming a general contractor. Together, we aim to contribute positively to our communities, fostering enduring relationships and a legacy of reliability and innovation in the industry.
